1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, installing the GbkPay Connect APK, or integrating our APIs into your software or digital storefront, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you possess authorized binding capacity.
2. Nature of the Service
GbkPay provides an automated payment aggregation infrastructure, webhook dispatching service, and Android SIM listener system enabling merchants to automatically verify incoming mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and bank transfers.
3. Merchant Account Responsibilities
- Merchants are solely responsible for ensuring that their SIM cards and merchant mobile wallets comply with carrier terms of service and regulatory balance limits.
- Merchants must safeguard their API keys, secret tokens, and partner dashboard credentials. Any transaction confirmed via authorized API keys will be deemed approved by the merchant.
- You agree to keep the Android Listener phone continuously powered, connected to an active cellular network, and operating the latest official APK release.
4. Prohibited Uses
The GbkPay engine may not be used for:
- Illegal gambling, unauthorized lotteries, or unregulated pyramid/MLM schemes.
- Sale of illicit substances, counterfeit goods, or unauthorized intellectual property.
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or attempting to circumvent carrier fraud detection.
5. Fees & Automated Settlements
Transaction processing fees and platform subscription tariffs are charged as agreed upon onboarding. Commission earnings and processed funds can be settled to your authorized withdrawal account 24/7. Settlement requests are processed automatically via automated banking rails or MFS payouts.
6. Termination
GbkPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate service access immediately without prior notice in the event of fraudulent activity, spoofed TrxID submissions, or material breach of this agreement.
