1. Purpose & Scope
GbkPay enforces strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance standards to prevent misuse of our payment aggregator and automated settlement platforms. We are committed to maintaining transparent, legitimate, and fully compliant financial technology operations.
2. Merchant Due Diligence & Verification
Before granting full access to live transaction routing and API keys, every merchant must complete our verification protocol:
- Government-issued National ID (NID) or Passport of the authorized business owner.
- Valid trade license or certificate of incorporation (for corporate merchants).
- Active business bank account statement or verified enterprise MFS wallet credentials.
- Verification of the operational domain, store URL, or application using the gateway.
3. Real-Time Transaction Monitoring & AI Shield
Our AI Fraud Shield operates 24/7 across all transaction feeds, detecting:
- Rapid-fire micro-transactions designed to test stolen cards or test automated scripts (structuring/smurfing).
- Duplicate submissions of the same carrier transaction ID across multiple merchant stores.
- Sudden, uncharacteristic volume surges without prior enterprise limit requests.
- Connections originating from known malicious proxies, TOR exit nodes, or high-risk IP ranges.
4. Reporting of Suspicious Transactions
Where an account exhibits severe indicators of fraud or illicit financing, GbkPay reserves the right to freeze connected balances, isolate SIM routing, and submit comprehensive audit logs to relevant regulatory bodies in accordance with applicable laws.
